I have spent decades developing myself, starting at age 20 when I gave up drugs and alcohol. This was the catalyst that ignited my passion for personal and spiritual growth. With 30+ years of experience, I have trained and studied with well-known transformational organizations, healers, shamans, spiritualists, teachers, and mentors. I’m recognized and certified as a Ramsey Preferred Coach with Ramsey Solutions. I’m also a certified Woman-Centered Coach through The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, developed by Dr. Claire Zammit. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to assist thousands of people in their professional and personal lives.

In my spare time, I enjoy staying active and challenging myself with my favorite circus art – the flying trapeze. My other hobbies include reading, creating residual income through investing in the stock market, hanging out with my dog Chuck, and cherishing time with my boyfriend on the weekends. A forever student of the Universe, I’m always eager to grow personally and spiritually. I utilize all of my life experiences to gain new perspectives and continue to grow, learn, and pass the lessons on to my clients.
